Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AzAd Labs ("we," "us," or "our") for use of AzAd Workspace — the AzAd Workspace admin console, AzAd CRM, AzAdMail, contacts, organization directory, and related workspace apps — offered through azadworkspace.com (collectively, the Workspace Services). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms apply to the workspace platform marketed on azadworkspace.com, including CRM add-ons and workspace trials. Mail storage tiers and webmail are also described on azademail.com where relevant to your subscription.

The Services
We provide the AzAd Workspace platform — organization admin, optional AzAd CRM, AzAdMail, contacts, directory, and self-service trials (including CRM-only signup). Features may change as we improve the platform. Products labeled "coming soon" are not generally available until announced. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation except where a separate SLA applies in writing.
Eligibility
The Services are intended for businesses and organizations. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms. You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law or if we have previously terminated your access for violation of these Terms.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Organization administrators may provision, suspend, or remove mailboxes, enforce security policies (including MFA), manage CRM entitlements where licensed, and access audit logs for their tenant. Notify your administrator or us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content;
- Harass others or violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach systems without authorization;
- Overload or interfere with the Services or other users;
- Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or billing restrictions;
- Resell or sublicense the Services except as expressly permitted in writing.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Services, users, and mail deliverability.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, back up, index (where search is enabled), and process content solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have rights to the content you send and store and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

Fees and subscriptions
Paid features are billed per licensed mailbox and storage tier, with optional CRM add-ons per organization, as described in our Subscription structure and pricing. Free trial access, when offered on azadworkspace.com, is subject to published trial limits. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension after reasonable notice. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting, DNS, mail relay, payments). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZAD LABS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Termination and export
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or operational reasons. Before termination, export mail and contacts using standard protocols or tools your administrator provides. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and indemnity) will survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AzAd Labs's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or employment protections in your country require otherwise. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us before formal proceedings.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page on azadworkspace.comwith a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the admin console or email to organization contacts where appropriate.
