Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for AzAd Workspace sold by AzAd Labs through azadworkspace.com. It supplements our Terms of Service and Subscription structure. Free trial access, if offered on this site, is not covered by paid refund rules below.
Billing cycles
Subscriptions are billed per licensed mailbox on a monthly or yearly cycle, according to the storage tier selected in the admin console. Yearly plans are charged once per term; monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. Optional AzAd CRM add-ons are billed per organization as described on the Subscription structure page.
Refund eligibility
We may issue a refund or credit when:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong quantity, or technical billing fault on our side);
- The Services were materially unavailable for a sustained period due to our fault and we could not restore service within a reasonable time;
- You cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription for a new organization, provided mailboxes were not used for high-volume outbound mail or policy violations.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, or applied as account credit at our discretion.
Non-refundable situations
We generally do not refund:
- Partial months or unused days after the refund window, including mid-cycle downgrades;
- Yearly subscriptions after the 14-day window, except where required by applicable law;
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms (spam, abuse, or unlawful use);
- Third-party fees (payment processor, bank, or FX charges);
- Custom enterprise agreements governed by a separate signed contract.
Cancellation
Organization administrators may change plans or reduce licensed mailboxes in the admin console. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless we agree otherwise or law requires immediate cessation.
Export your mail and contacts before cancellation. After termination, data may be deleted per our retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend the organization while the dispute is investigated. Please email [email protected] first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
How to request a refund
Send your organization name, billing email, invoice reference (if any), and reason to [email protected] or use the contact form on azadworkspace.com and choose Billing & subscriptions. We aim to respond within five business days.

Changes
We may update this policy on azadworkspace.com. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes may be communicated to organization billing contacts.
